All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being sent out. Our delivery partners will work their best to ensure a speedy delivery. However, some delays may occur which are outside our control

United Kingdom

Orders in the UK are sent from our depot in England.

Shipping options:

• Royal Mail 48 hour tracked : Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days

• DPD Next Working Day : Expected delivery time: 1 working day

Orders made before 1pm GMT will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 1pm GMT
will be sent out the next day.

Order 2 or 3 pouches of Rootana to receive Free Standard Delivery (see table below).

Order 4 or more pouches of Rootana to receive Free Express Delivery (see table below).

United States

Orders in the mainland USA are sent from our depots in Tennessee and Salt Lake City.

Shipping options:

• USPS Priority - Tracked : Expected delivery time: 2 - 4 working days

Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST
will be sent out the next day.

Please note: We only ship to USA Mainland currently.

Europe

Orders in the Europe are sent from our depot in England.

Rootana is currently available to order in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.
